Your journey should remain yours.

PathWay uses account information such as your email address, profile details, and authentication records so you can sign in and collaborate safely.

Journey content may include Paths, Stops, route details, mileage, journal entries, comments, reactions, photos, photo metadata, and the people invited to a Path.

When you use a location feature, PathWay may process your device location to place a Stop, begin a Path, or map part of your journey.

The information is used to operate the travel journal, calculate and display routes and mileage, organize photos and entries, synchronize device-saved updates, and provide collaboration features.

PathWay also uses limited technical information to keep the service secure, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

A private invitation grants access to a specific signed-in person. Followers can view and engage with the journey. Travel Companions can also add Stops, photos, and journal entries.

Path owners can change a person’s role or remove their access. Public link sharing is not part of the current Path workflow.

PathWay relies on service providers for application hosting, authentication, database storage, photo storage, and invitation delivery. Those providers process information under their own service and privacy terms.

Information may remain in operational backups for a limited period after it is changed or deleted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

You decide when to use location features, what journey information to add, which photos to upload, and whom to invite. Device permissions for location, camera, and photos can be changed in your device settings.
